Help with choosing the best quality film to watch.
We're often asked, "Which button should I click on?" We hope the information below is of some help.
In order to view the Real format videos, you must first download and
install the FREE
Real Player 11 from www.real.com You may prefer to install the FREE alternative Real player - which is easier to download and simpler to install.
Most newer computer already have Windows Media Player pre-installed for you. However, in order to view the Windows Media format films on older computers, you must first download and install the latest FREE Windows Media Player from Microsoft.

Dialup connections to the internet using an analogue modem are not ideally suited to film. As such, we have provided a low quality, low resolution option in both Real and Windows Media at 56k.
For Broadband, Turbo Mobile, ADSL, Cable and Satellite users, depending on your Internet Service Provider's internet plan, we recommend you try the 100k option first, and then if that plays without buffering (pauses while more film streams to your computer), then try the 150k or 256k options. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you experience any difficulties.
YouTube options are available for 1500 or faster onnections.
Minimum
System Requirements:
Pentium
1.6Ghz multimedia system or better, 512Mb memory, Windows Xp or later, and have downloaded and installed the appropriate FREE Player. Some web browsers may request a "plugin" that fails to play the
video stream even after it is downloaded and installed.
To overcome this issue we recommend upgrading to the latest version of Internet Explorer.
To play the High Definition films, your computer must meet the minimum capabilities of 2.4Ghz CPU, 512Mb memory, with a 128Mb graphics card. The HDV and DivX (requires the DivX player) options are non-streaming; please download as a Zip archive, and extract to your hard disk drive before playing. HDV and DivX downloads are very large in size and are recommended only for playback in Church halls and auditoriums.
